Baby brain, that’s a very real thing. Not only is your lil’ baby using all your ‘brain juice’ for themselves, but there are so many things to think about.

It’s a minefield of worry, excitement, overwhelm and joy. Don’t worry, you are not alone if this is your new reality. It happens to the best of us.

One thing you can be doing now, to help you feel 100% prepared and confident, is hiring a doula. If you have never heard of a doula, click here. If you already know what a doula is, why haven’t you picked up the phone and called one?

Natasha (one of the founding partners) remembers when she was in the thick of throwing her big Greek wedding (her husband is greek, she is not, so she was beyond overwhelmed), looking back she wished she had made the decision to get a wedding planner. She still had her wedding (it was great) but gosh darn, it would have been easier with a little bit of support. It is the same with doulas, we can’t tell you how many times we hear ‘I wish I had known about doulas when I was pregnant’.

So that’s why we made this website – to create a beautiful resource for all things  pregnancy/birth/parenting AND with an amazing doula list, so you know exactly where to find support (amazing support)!
