Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy
NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS for any Bundles purchased, Hot and Brave Doula Club memberships or items purchased during any major sales. All Bundles purchases and sales items are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds for currency exchange, all prices are in USD.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All our products are digital so you will not receive any physical products in the mail.
All our products will be delivered to you via email after your checkout is completed.
If you do not receive your digital product login info within 2 hours of checkout, please reach out to [email protected] and we will help you get access as soon as possible.
Refunds for students who receive promotional materials with purchase: A student who receives promotional materials with purchase (for example: an item of clothing, the Kickstarter, a book, a discount on a course etc), will receive their refund as outlined below less the ticketed value of the promotional material.
Refunds for students who choose to withdraw prior to the online course start date: A student may cancel their registration at least 7 business days prior to the start date, and be eligible for a full refund of tuition less a $100 USD administration fee. If you would like to withdraw from a course, please submit written notice to [email protected] at least seven business days before the course begins to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for students in the 6 business days before the course starts up to the first 5 calendar days of the course: If a student withdraws from the Maternal Support Practitioner Certification (MSP) of Infant & Family Sleep Specialist Certification (IFSS) course in the six business days before the course starts up to the first 5 calendar days of the course they receive 50% of the full tuition back. If there are payments outstanding to satisfy the 50% tuition, those payments will continue until the 50% tuition is satisfied.
Refunds for students who choose to withdraw after the online course start date*: If a student withdraws from their MSP or IFSS course after the first 5 calendar days of the course, the student must pay the full course fee, and no refund will be provided. If a student has purchased with a payment plan, the remaining payments must be paid out. *See transfer details regarding the MSP class.
Refunds for students who choose to withdraw for all other online courses after their start date: If a student withdraws from their course after they login to their evergreen course (all courses outside of MSP or IFSS), the student must pay the full course fee, and no refund will be provided. If a student has purchased with a payment plan, the remaining payments must be paid out.
Code of Conduct: If a student violates the code of conduct, they may be asked to leave the program and there will be no refund if this occurs.
Rescheduling or Cancellation of Courses: bebo mia inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any online course within 5 days prior to the advertised course start date.
Refunds in the event of a rescheduled or cancelled course: In the event of a course being rescheduled by bebo mia, the student will be notified by our administrator and will be given the option of attending the next scheduled course, or receiving a full refund. In the event of a cancelled course, enrolled students will receive a full refund.
Transferring Credit: Students may transfer their MSP tuition to a different program with written permission to [email protected] There will be a $50 USD administration fee applied to the final payment or sent in a separate invoice if the course has been paid in full. If the transferred course is of lesser value than the original course, the difference will remain as a credit on the student’s file to be applied to any future bebo mia inc. courses or programs. The transfer must occur within the first 3 classes of the MSP training.
Processing Times: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
